MNR Medical College has completed its inaugural faculty recruitment drive — announcing senior appointments across all 25 departments, bringing together a team of experienced clinicians, researchers, and educators who collectively represent decades of excellence in medical education and patient care.
Building a great medical college starts with building a great faculty. MNR Medical College has completed its inaugural round of faculty appointments — a process that began in mid-2025 and culminated in February 2026 with the finalisation of appointments across all clinical, para-clinical, and pre-clinical departments. The result is a faculty body that is experienced, credentialed, and deeply committed to MNR's founding vision.
The Recruitment Process
MNR's faculty recruitment was conducted through a rigorous multi-stage process: advertisement across national medical journals and platforms, screening of over 800 applications, shortlisting based on academic credentials and clinical experience, a two-panel interview by the Dean's Committee and Academic Council, and final appointments ratified by the MNR Trust Board. All appointments comply with NMC faculty qualification norms and carry competitive pay packages benchmarked against leading private medical colleges in Karnataka.
